Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Leader for Derivatives to define and own the roadmap for the derivatives product, including valuation, hedge accounting, collateral management, and related reporting. You will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Services to align strategy with client needs.

You will contribute to CECL initiatives, translate business problems into requirements, create JIRA stories, mentor junior teammates, and communicate roadmaps to executives.

Formación

• 9+ years in solutions or product leadership roles in financial services or financial technology.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives (IR/FX/credit) and related workflows.
• Familiarity with CECL methodology and credit loss estimation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the derivatives product strategy and lifecycle.
• Capture client workflows and translate into requirements for the platform.
• Develop market strategy and document requirements and Jira stories.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and roadmapping for private funds and derivatives.
• Mentor junior product team members and collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Services.
