Clearbrook Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance regulatory reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities. You will own end-to-end data transformations across policy, claims, underwriting, and financial data to ensure accurate regulatory submissions and strong governance.

Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration are key components of the role. You will design analyses, optimize SQL, and partner with Data Engineering to improve data enrichment and reporting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience in insurance or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting regulatory and statutory reporting processes.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations and data structures.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with large relational databases and data warehouses.
• Experience in complex data analysis, reconciliation, and data quality assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results quickly.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.

• Translate regulatory needs into sustainable data processes and controls.
• Mentor analysts and promote data governance and best practices.
