Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 1 year of product management or related experience required.
• Experience with agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for Recoveries agent experiences and legacy decommissioning.
• Define roadmap for Recoveries agent-tool within RTIC program.
• Design and optimize agent workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design, operations, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver value.
