Job summary

Capital One, based in McLean, VA, is seeking a Sr. Associate, Product Management for the Card Recoveries Platform.

You will help accelerate new product launches, improve recovery rates, and influence customer outcomes through modernized processes and automation. You will work beside operations, business analysis and tech teams to define architecture, manage risk, and deliver customer‑facing features in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least one year of product management experience or related field (product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Responsibilities

• Modernize existing processes and leverage automation to improve efficiency and performance.
