Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate in Product Management for Recoveries Agent Experiences. You will lead strategic roadmaps, decommission legacy agent tools, and shape the future of agent-facing platforms across design, operations, and technology teams.

You will partner with RTIC platforms to deliver real-time, personalized experiences while balancing regulatory requirements and customer commitments. This role focuses on driving meaningful improvements for agents and customers alike.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or military experience.
1+ years of product management experience or related fields (design, agile delivery, BA, data science, or software engineering).
Experience working in core product platforms powering digital experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive legacy platform decommissioning and sunset legacy tools.
Shape the Recoveries agent-tool strategy and roadmap.
Design intuitive agent workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
Collaborate with Design, Operations, Tech, Compliance and Business Analysts to deliver next-gen agent platform capabilities.
Partner with RTIC and platform modernization teams to integrate real-time intelligence and personalization.
