Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required.
• 1+ year of product management or related experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Legacy Platform Decommissioning: sunset legacy tools and transition agents to modern systems.
• Shape Recoveries Agent-Tool Strategy: define vision and strategic roadmap for the application.
• Optimize Agent Workflows: design intuitive agent experiences to improve daily operations.
• Build Destination State Experiences: partner across Design, Operations, Tech, Compliance and Analysts to deliver next-gen capabilities.
• Cross-Platform Collaboration: work with platform modernization and Collections teams to add real-time intelligence and personalization.
• Maintain Well-Managed Standards: ensure compliance and that experiences are well-managed and deliver on promises.
