Job summary

Amherst Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Austin to drive product strategy for our real estate technology platform. You will collaborate with Business Stakeholders and Tech teams (Product, UI/UX, Engineering, Data) to identify gaps, define a roadmap, and deliver high-impact features that improve resident, buyer, and investor experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years in software product management.
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Digital Experience.
Experience delivering features related to customer experience and/or customer maintenance.
Experienced with Jira, Github, and Confluence.
Ability to analyze business and/or technical problems to guide software development.
Strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify product needs and define a product roadmap that enables efficient operations and exceptional customer experience.
Prioritize the roadmap based on ROI by identifying gaps and uncovering opportunities via user testing and market research.
Lead ideation, discovery, and execution with an agile development lifecycle.
Collect feedback and measure impact to evolve the product.
Work cross-functionally to align product vision with business objectives.
