Job summary

Realtor.com in Austin seeks a senior analytics professional to own the full measurement framework for our live product line, delivering KPIs, dashboards and instrumentation that drive measurable business impact.

You will tackle high-complexity two-sided marketplace problems, perform deep-dive analyses with experiments and ML, forecast opportunities, and partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to shape commercial decisions and drive product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 3+ years preferred.
• Experience using data to analyze product feature performance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build business performance reporting, visualization and analysis for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using A/B experiments, statistical modeling, ML methods.
• Forecast opportunities and size potential product enrichments for stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and analytics teams to improve data architecture, visualization, modeling and testing platforms.
• Drive adoption and trust in analytics, including NPS drivers for seller-focused products.
• Share best practices and enrich analytic workflows across teams.
• Perform quantitative analyses, ad hoc reports and funnel/engagement modeling.
