Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer products at scale.
• Experience with native mobile apps and subscriptions is a plus.
• Fluency partnering with engineers and data scientists on ML-powered experiences such as recommendations, search, and ranking.
• Strong proficiency with both quantitative (A/B testing, data analytics) and qualitative (user interviews) research.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for squad, across Everand and Fable.
• Lead a cross-functional squad with engineering, design, research, and data to ship features.
• Balance large swing investments with continuous experimentation to improve engagement metrics.
• Balance qualitative and quantitative data from cross-functional partners to guide decision-making.
• Partner with data science and engineering on recommendation, ranking, and search systems behind the experience.
• Create experiences that blend joyful design, editorial insight, and algorithmic thinking to help readers find new reads.
