You will own strategy and execution for optimal advertiser outcomes, revenue growth, and efficient operations in a real-time bidding environment across 100M+ devices. Massachusetts-based role with a base salary range of $177,500–$218,300; compensation includes health, equity, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PM experience in RTB ad tech.
• Deep understanding of real-time bidding and exchange dynamics.
• Experience deploying ML-driven optimization models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and test price-floor optimization algorithms with real-time signals.
• Develop traffic shaping to balance latency and bid win-rate.
• Iterate auction mechanics to improve yield and pricing.
• Own experimentation for pricing and routing changes with metrics.
