Job summary

Amazon in the United States seeks a Principal Product Manager-Tech to own the Content Freshness workstream for premium product pages, brand stores, and customer experiences at scale. You will drive AI-assisted content across the premium catalog and coordinate with content teams, brands, and engineering to elevate content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in content, media, or catalog quality.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management.
• Experience communicating clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the content freshness strategy for premium products, ensuring elevated content across product detail pages and brand stores.
• Define and scale the generative AI content pipeline for premium catalog content.
• Drive coverage metrics to ensure AI-assisted content on key surfaces.
• Lead brand outreach and onboarding for elevated content modules at scale.
• Own the elevated content program and rollout across premium products; track impact.
• Develop content generation strategy and end-to-end workflow pilots with volume planning.
• Partner with science/engineering to automate content quality assessment and ensure full media coverage.
• Measure and report on content health and identify gaps requiring intervention.
