Amazon.com Services LLC, working with Prime Video, is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technology to define, launch, and scale new content verticals from zero to one. You will own the investment thesis, customer understanding, and end-to-end product strategy, prioritizing ruthlessly across product, content, and growth levers to achieve meaningful scale.

You will mentor PMs, align engineering, design, content, marketing, and finance, and drive metrics that demonstrate customer value at scale

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience technical product management.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the 3-5 year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new content verticals on Prime Video.
• Lead deep-dive UX research and customer understanding initiatives to uncover how customers consume content across segments and geographies.
• Propose the minimum lovable product for each new content vertical, making deliberate trade-offs across product features, content investment, and growth levers.
• Define success metrics that distinguish between output measures and outcome measures, and use experimentation and GenAI-powered analysis to accelerate learning cycles.
• Mentor product managers across the organization, influence cross-team priorities, and represent the customer perspective in leadership forums.
