Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for precision Encoders and Censors across industrial markets. You will work closely with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing to translate market needs into concrete requirements and launches.

The role requires a background in engineering, electronics, or marketing, 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing position, and onsite presence with some travel.

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing position.
• Experience within electronics or manufacturing company.
• Ability to be onsite every day and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for precision Encoders and Censors.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Work with engineering and R&D to define product requirements, specifications, and development priorities.
• Translate customer and market requirements into product features and technical requirements.
• Partner with sales and business development to identify opportunities and support complex technical sales.
