We are seeking a Product Engineer and Commercialization Manager to lead the development and launch of advanced industrial spindle products. This role will focus on driving market acceptance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding the product portfolio in CNC, robotics, metalworking, wood, plastics, composites, and related industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
Advance Your Career
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to increase product sales, create engineered solutions, and expand market share.
  • Guide the full product lifecycle—from market research, design, prototyping, and testing to product launch and post-market support.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop differentiated products that meet customer needs.
Apply Your Strategic Insights
  • Drive prototype, test-site, and production planning processes across cross‑functional teams.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and supplier partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including technical requirements, product positioning, margin targets, and revenue projections.
  • Create business cases and ROI analysis for new products.
Bring Your Operational Skills
  • Coordinate resources, partners, suppliers, machine builders, and system integrators.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
  • Maintain product management timelines across departments and enhance product quality and assembly schedules.
  • Optimize supply chain management with global component suppliers and OEMs.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline development and production processes.
Leverage Your Marketing Abilities
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop strategies to increase product adoption and revenue.
  • Assist with product positioning and messaging tailored to target market segments.
  • Collect customer insights to support marketing campaigns and social proof.
  • Support sales teams from pre‑sales to product rollouts and ongoing market penetration.
  • Drive continuous product innovation and identify new product opportunities.

  • Proven experience in machining, automation, or robotic sectors.

  • Proficient in CAD design software, prototyping, and testing procedures.

Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, materials science, or related fields.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing product development.
  • Previous success as a product manager.
  • Knowledge of precision machining, material removal processes, and component assembly.
  • Experience with international sourcing and vendor management.
