Job summary

Brady Corporation seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow the largest segment of its portable printing portfolio. You will partner with engineering, UX, operations, sales, and marketing to shape the next generation of rugged, connected portable printers for job sites and mobile workforces.

You will drive a 3–5 year vision, write MRDs, manage pricing strategies, and collaborate globally to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience analyzing user behavior to uncover core needs and drive UX improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams toward a shared goal without direct reporting authority.
• Experience synthesizing complex information, managing trade-offs, and defending product scope.
• Experience operating with a hands-on approach, taking calculated risks, and adapting quickly from failures.
• Travel up to 30% (domestic and international)

Responsibilities

• Portfolio & P&L ownership: Oversee multi-generational product line, drive growth through migrations and upgrades.
• Market strategy & research: Uncover customer pain points, quantify TAM/SAM, analyze competitive dynamics, and navigate regulatory standards.
• Strategic roadmapping: Define 3–5 year vision, drive front-end discovery, and make buy vs. build vs. partner calls.
• Product development: Author MRDs with personas, workflows, and use cases to guide engineering.
• Business planning & pricing: Build CapEx business cases, establish global value-based pricing, track KPIs.
• Go-to-market execution: Develop launch playbooks and arm field sales with high-impact tools.
• Operations & demand planning: Partner with supply chain for master forecasts and dual-sourcing.
• Cross-functional leadership: Maintain executive alignment and decisive communication across global teams.
