Job summary

Inkitt in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own discovery and recommendations across Inkitt, Galatea, CandyJar and Ironblood. You’ll design user-facing experiences, work closely with Data Science, run high-velocity experiments, and drive revenue impact with measurable wins.

We expect 5–12 years of professional experience and a track record shipping recommendation or ranking systems that users felt. This is a hands-on, reader-facing role based on-site in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of professional experience.
• Shipped a recommendation, ranking, search or personalisation system with real users.
• Strong understanding of how these systems work underneath.

Responsibilities

• Own recommendations and discovery across Inkitt, Galatea, CandyJar and Ironblood.
• Design experiences the models feed: home, feeds, search, onboarding and notifications.
• Collaborate with Data Science on model needs and evaluation.
• Design and run recommendation experiments with clear result reporting.
• Build an impact case before building a feature and measure outcomes.
• Aim to beat your own Top 3 and deliver forecasted impact.
