Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Product Manager for the People Pod to own a zero-to-one internal product area, focused on advanced automation and agentic workflows for the People function. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise/internal product initiatives.
• Specialist domain expertise in human resources and people-process functions.
• Hands-on or strong technical understanding of agentic automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Strategic leadership with ability to tie automation outcomes to scaling and employee experience.
• Strong data fluency and enterprise governance understanding (RBAC/ABAC).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for the unified employee and manager experience.
• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agentic automation workflows on the Databricks platform.
• Lead talent acquisition, hiring processes, and performance management workflows.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights for rapid iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to evangelize the roadmap.
