Job summary

Cforge Coforge seeks an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end delivery in the Fort Mill, SC payments domain. You will define epics, translate requirements into stories, and own the backlog with a strong focus on risk management and on-time release.

You will collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and operations to drive continuous improvement and robust payment operations. The role requires 8+ years in product management, 5+ years in payments, and hands-on Jira use for sprint

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience.
• 5+ years of Payments domain experience.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and release tracking.
• Deep understanding of payment transaction lifecycles and payment operations.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive execution.

Responsibilities

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Support testing, UAT, release readiness, and production support.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.
• 5+ years of Payments domain experience.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and release tracking.
• Deep understanding of payment transaction lifecycles and payment operations.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking, fintech, payment processors, or enterprise payment platforms.
• SAFe, CSPO, PSPO, or similar Agile certification.
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, NACHA, RTP, FedNow, and ISO 20022.
