Job summary

Midi Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Patient Experience to own the digital patient journey from onboarding through follow-up care, shaping engagement and retention across Midi’s care ecosystem.

You will set the roadmap for the web experience, partner with Clinical Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Design to ship trusted, empathetic experiences that drive patient engagement and long-term relationships with Midi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years in consumer-facing digital products and retention/engagement metrics.
• Strong hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and funnel/cohort analysis skills.
• UX-focused mindset; clarity, empathy, and ease of use in healthcare experiences.
• Understanding of onboarding, ongoing engagement, lifecycle communication and retention drivers.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for the patient experience web journey from onboarding to follow-up care.
• Identify touchpoints that extend care beyond visits and telehealth, including ongoing support and access to services.
• Analyze patient journeys to find friction, run experiments, and ship improvements that build trust and retention.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Design.
