Job summary

Procore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Owners product organization in Austin, TX. You will drive the strategy and execution for the owner asset lifecycle, turning construction data into the operations system of record and realizing the Build to Operate vision.

You will partner with engineering, design, and cross‑functional teams, recruit a lighthouse group of owner customers, and ship connected lifecycle experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience at a SaaS company.
• Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle, BIM, digital twins, and facilities/operations software.
• Ability to drive execution across multiple product and engineering teams.
• Clear, precise written communication for PRDs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for the owner asset lifecycle, from construction record through handover into operations.
• Coordinate execution across scheduling, assets, commissioning, reality capture, and BIM.
• Own how the digital twin fits into the owner story, partnering with the integration team.
• Recruit and run a lighthouse program of owner customers and validate the vision with them.
• Translate product work into business outcomes, defining OKRs and metrics.
• Write engineer-ready requirements detailing behavior, edge cases, permissions, and dependencies.
• Evangelize the strategy to senior stakeholders and to Procore's largest owner customers.
