Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud is seeking a Senior/Lead OT Network Security Analyst to protect critical industrial systems in Spartanburg County, SC. You will deploy and manage Nozomi Guardian, Vantage, and Arc across OT networks to monitor assets, detect anomalies, and respond to threats.

You will collaborate with engineering and plant operations to onboard new OT assets, develop detection rules, and mentor junior analysts while improving security playbooks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in OT/ICS monitoring.
• Hands-on with Nozomi Guardian, Vantage and Arc in industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of OT/ICS environments and protocols (Modbus, DNP3, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Experience with SIEM and log correlation in hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Guardian sensors across OT networks for visibility and threat detection.
• Use Vantage for centralized management and cross-site monitoring.
• Deploy Arc agents for endpoint visibility within OT environments.
• Triage alerts and incidents; coordinate with incident response.
• Maintain OT asset inventories and topology maps; develop detection rules and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering and plant operations to onboard assets and maintain coverage.
• Contribute to OT security policies, playbooks and training.
