Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our community services platform. You’ll own internal and service partner experiences that enable operations teams to move faster and deliver high-quality customer experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with Central Operations and Service Partner Operations, develop expertise through research and data analysis, and drive strategic roadmaps while balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven context.
• Experience owning internal or operational products, not just customer features.
• Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and analytics.
• Data-informed decision making with experiments and hypothesis testing.
• Hands-on data analysis to inform product direction.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Experience prioritizing roadmaps with company goals and constraints.
• Familiarity with agile development and modern discovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows.
• Serve as primary product partner to Operations leadership.
• Develop subject matter expertise through research and discovery.
• Identify leverage opportunities supporting strategic roadmaps.
• Lead discovery to launch, driving measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver efficient solutions.
• Use data to inform prioritization and assess impact through experiments.
• Improve tooling and workflows as the business scales new markets.
