Zusammenfassung

Presence is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Fulfillment & Operational Transformation to own platform user experiences and operational workflows. You will map friction, design scalable interactions, and build intelligent matching and capacity tools in a SaaS-plus-service model.

You will partner with operations and enablement to track telemetry and adoption, while delivering outcomes that improve fulfillment metrics across a two-sided marketplace serving K-12 districts and clinicians.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of product management experience owning complex systems and two-sided marketplaces.
Experience in enterprise workflow transformation and fulfillment engines.
Strong UX and workflow design for internal users.

Aufgaben

Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and ship complex releases with measurable impact.
Define and map cross-functional end-to-end workflows and service blueprints.
Design HITL systems balancing automation with human judgment.
Partner on build vs. buy decisions and system integrations with third-party tools.
