Job summary

Axim Collaborative, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Open edX offering, guiding strategy from market needs to delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, ecosystem partners, and Education teams to scale a broad-access platform for colleges and institutions. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will shape the roadmap, pricing and service model, and mentor product managers while engaging with the Open edX community and customers across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with Open edX or similar open-source platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to lead in unstructured problem spaces with ambiguity.
• Experience driving products through full lifecycle.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and product definition for Open edX packaged offering.
• Lead multi-team initiatives across partners and internal teams.
• Define delivery model for bundled services, adoption, and onboarding materials.
• Drive go-to-market readiness and institutional qualification with BD teams.
• Own business case: cost-to-serve, demand forecasts, pricing trade-offs.
