Job summary

Red Alpha seeks a Senior OCO Product Manager with deep technical expertise in vulnerability exploitation, APTs, and hands-on offensive cyber tools. You will guide TTPs for mission-critical cyber operations and liaise with stakeholders to translate complex cyber concepts into actionable product decisions.

Required: 12+ years in the field, 2+ years in offensive cyber operations, strong communication, and SAFe familiarity. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 12+ years of industry experience with 2+ years in offensive cyber operations.
• Deep knowledge of exploitation frameworks and reverse engineering tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on TTPs and support mission-critical cyber operations.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to align on product goals and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and track progress using JIRA.
