Twenty Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive mission-critical software in support of offensive cyber missions. You will partner with engineers, operators, and leadership to turn operational needs into scalable products, prioritizing outcomes over process.

The role requires comfort in ambiguity, strong judgment, and the ability to deliver in high-stakes environments. On-site, full-time in Arlington, VA, with a mission-driven, high-trust team.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience building products.
• Experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role.
• Worked closely with tech leads and engineering leadership to plan roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on architecture and risk.
• Shipped complex products in high-stakes or ambiguous environments.
• Sound judgment and discretion with sensitive customers or systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own product vision, strategy, and execution for mission-critical capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers to shape requirements, scope, and sequencing.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and success metrics.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Balance near-term delivery with longer-term platform development.
• Drive decisions using user feedback and technical insight.
• Support products in constrained or non-standard environments.
