Job summary

Red Alpha seeks a Senior OCO Product Manager with deep technical expertise in vulnerability exploitation, APTs, and hands-on offensive cyber tools. You will guide TTPs for mission-critical cyber operations and liaise with stakeholders to translate complex cyber concepts into actionable product decisions.

Required: 12+ years in the field, 2+ years in offensive cyber operations, strong communication, and SAFe familiarity. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred.

Job description

A day in the life:

As a Senior OCO Product Manager, you bring deep technical expertise in vulnerability exploitation, advanced persistent threats (APT), and hands-on experience with offensive cyber tools and techniques. You will play a key role in supporting mission-critical cyber operations and providing guidance on the latest tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).

What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
  • 12+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations, exploitation and/or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of exploitation frameworks, reverse engineering tools and offensive cyber techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, IDA Pro, Ghidra)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Familiar with SAFe
  • Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and understand team needs
  • Hands on personality that gets entrenched with product and constant engagement with stakeholders
  • Monitor and control schedules and their dependencies
  • Good with documentation, familiar with JIRA and JIRA ticketing process and tracking progress
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with APTs: Demonstrated experience in tracking, analyzing, and mitigating Advanced Persistent Threats
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming/scripting languages commonly used in exploitation (e.g., Python, C/C++, Assembly)

Salary Range:
  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself.
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: [$130,000 - $215,000].
