Job summary
Parsons is seeking a seasoned Cyber Product Manager with a strong background in Offensive Cyber Operations to drive the development, delivery, and sustainment of mission critical cyber capabilities. You will work within a SAFe framework, partner with cyber operators and cross‑functional teams to translate complex technical needs into fielded capabilities for national defense missions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with 10+ years of experience.
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance required.
- Experience with exploitation frameworks and offensive cyber techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, IDA Pro, Ghidra).
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems.
- Lead backlog refinement and decompose features into user stories.
- Coordinate PI execution with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters.
- Engage with NSA, Services, and CCMDs to align capability delivery.
