Job summary

Shift5 Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of on-vehicle and off-vehicle data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs. You will define product strategy, own roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers, field teams, and partners to deliver high-impact solutions that save lives.

You will work with the Head of Product in a collaborative environment, traveling to customer sites as needed and driving adoption of major features across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience for engineer users.
• 3+ years of data integration engineering experience in a major programming language.
• Experience building 0-to-1 data integration products from scratch.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, API design, and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an ownership mindset.
• Location: Rosslyn, VA HQ at least 3 days per week; travel 3–4 times/yr.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and timelines for data pipelines, APIs, and SDKs.
• Own delivery of product value on time and budget; draft problem statements and work with engineers.
• Synthesize signals from forward-deployed teams to guide direction.
• Collaborate with Field Engineers and 3rd-party developers; travel as needed for integration.
• Build and present product demos; write comprehensive product docs.
