Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Device Data & Performance to own the platform strategy, data models, and cross‑functional collaboration with Asset Management, Field Service, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Engineering. You will shape integration partnerships with OEMs, define data schemas, and build scalable workflows that empower teams to act on data insights.

You will own the roadmap and prioritization, drive AI‑assisted discovery, and push for reliable ingestion

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally managing external integrations, data platforms, or IoT/hardware‑connected systems.
• Track record of owning integration roadmaps with vendors/external partners.
• Experience on monitoring, alerting, or operational intelligence products.
• Background in energy, clean tech, or hardware‑adjacent industries is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker who can define platform direction 12–24 months out and write precise requirements for the next sprint.
• Strong PM instincts for managing complexity and multiple workstreams.
• Data fluency with ability to use data to inform decisions; SQL proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly planning for a device data platform.
• Lead integration partnerships and data model design with internal and external teams.
• Define data standards, API contracts, and schema evolution practices.
• Ensure platform reliability, latency, and data quality for downstream teams.
• Build self‑service capabilities and clear governance around data access and usage.
• Collaborate across functions to drive adoption of platform standards.
