Apex Systems in Irving, TX is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the buildout of a next-generation lending platform. You will own a key workstream, translate business needs into scalable product solutions, and drive discovery, strategy, and roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, 0-to-1 product development experience, and lending domain knowledge.

Qualifications

7+ years of Product Management experience with 0-to-1 product development.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
Experience in Agile environments and working with Jira for delivery.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical lending platform component.
Partner with business, technology, design, and operations teams to identify pain points.
Lead product discovery and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories.
Manage backlogs, sprint priorities, and release planning.
Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and leadership.
Make decisions using customer feedback, business needs, and data insights.
