This individual will own a key product workstream within a large-scale lending transformation initiative and be responsible for translating business needs into scalable product solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong Product Management fundamentals, proven 0-to-1 product development experience, and lending domain expertise. This is not a delivery or project management role; direct ownership of product strategy is required.Key Responsibilities* Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical lending platform component.* Partner with business, technology, design, and operations teams to identify customer and business pain points.* Lead product discovery and translate requirements into actionable product solutions.* Define and prioritize product features, epics, and user stories.* Manage and maintain product backlogs, sprint priorities, and release planning.* Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and leadership teams.* Make product decisions using customer feedback, business needs, and data insights.* Participate directly in Agile ceremonies and product development activities.Required Qualifications**Experience:** 7+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Proven experience building products from concept through launch (0-to-1 product development) is required.**Technical Skills:** Experience with Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Roadmap Ownership, Product Prioritization, User Story Creation, and Backlog Management.
