Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Dallas seeks a Product Manager to drive the Loan Platforms portfolio across multiple teams. You will translate client needs into product enhancements, document requirements, and guide stakeholders to successful integrations within a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage several initiatives concurrently, with opportunities for growth and impact in a global market

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the SDLC.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Works effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven multitasker managing multiple engagements.
• Able to articulate technology and product positioning to business and technical audiences.
• Experience with relational databases and querying with MS SQL Server.
• Experience/understanding of XML data models.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs that may translate to product enhancements; communicate internally on time.
• Establish an in-depth understanding of the Loan Platforms product suite.
• Maintain proactive relationships with customers for a positive experience.
• Document requirements including customer journey, features, user stories, and dependencies.
• Produce high-quality product documentation and specifications.
• Conduct walkthroughs and demonstrations for customer teams as needed.
• Participate in product testing and support cycles.
• Assist team with client engagements when appropriate.
• Contribute to solution roadmaps and prioritize deliverables.
• Identify and track key stakeholder relationships relevant to objectives.
• Continuously expand market knowledge and identify trends.
