Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in construction technology, BIM/VDC, MEP coordination, detailing, fabrication, field operations, product-related roles, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of how MEP work moves across design, coordination, detailing, fabrication, and field execution.
• Strong experience with Revit MEP and Revit-centered workflows.
• Experience in BIM/VDC, MEP detailing, coordination, or digital construction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle priorities for DEWALT MSUITE BIM solutions.
• Define next generation product capabilities as the portfolio expands beyond traditional spooling and hanger workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align product direction with business strategy and market opportunities.
• Work with Senior PMs to ensure alignment across product strategy and portfolio direction.
• Translate customer, market, and workflow insights into clear product requirements, priorities, and release plans.
• Own or support backlog prioritization and work with Engineering in an Agile/Scrum environment to translate roadmap into sprint-ready requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/Design, Commercial, and other teams to deliver high-impact software.
• Engage with customers and BIM/VDC leaders to understand pain points and unmet needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve constructability, fabrication readiness, and field execution through software and workflow automation.
