ICE Clear Europe Limited is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our work item management system within the mortgage servicing platform. This role will partner with engineering, servicing operations, compliance, and client-facing teams to make workflows configurable, automated, and transparent for servicers of all sizes.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years with enterprise or B2B software.
• Hands-on experience in mortgage servicing, financial services, or a regulated workflow-heavy domain.
• Knowledge of servicing operations such as loss mitigation, escrow, collections, investor reporting, and customer care.
• Experience with workflow, case management, task management, or business process management products.
• Ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear, prioritized requirements.
• Comfort with data, metrics, and building a business case.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and operational audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year roadmap for work item management.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate servicing workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Drive capabilities like rules-based routing, priority management, SLA tracking, audit trails, and automation.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to validate priorities.
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Define success metrics and use data to inform decisions.
• Manage dependencies and integrations with adjacent systems.
• Prioritize backlog and lead sprint planning with engineering teams.
• Support go-to-market with sales and marketing on positioning and communications.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
