Job summary

HopDrive is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Richmond, VA to guide the direction and evolution of HopDrive's SaaS and mobility products. You will combine customer needs, business priorities, market insights, and usage data to decide which problems are worth solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 5+ years in software product management with ownership of strategy, discovery, prioritization, decisions, and outcomes.
• Experience guiding software products through discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, workflow or operational software, marketplaces, logistics technology, or similar complex products.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and discovery across customers, users, business model, products, and workflows.
• Recommend bets based on impact, priorities, performance, and opportunities for Shape Up cycles.
• Shape opportunities with engineers and participate in betting decisions; ownership remains with engineers.
• Support development without managing sprints; clarify needs and validate completed work.
• Get close to the user through interviews and field observations to validate workflows.
• Create a cohesive portfolio by aligning shared capabilities across SaaS and services.
• Define and measure product outcomes with analytics, onboarding, retention, and expansion metrics.
• Inform commercial strategy with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on packaging and pricing.
• Own launch readiness with demonstrations, docs, training, and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on launches, adoption, and messaging.
