Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in product management, development, sales, or marketing.
Experience in new product development initiatives.
Experience in manufacturing environment product management.

Responsibilities

Manage the performance, profitability, and long-term strategy of assigned product lines.
Identify and prioritize new products, features/advantages/benefits, and product improvement opportunities.
Develop customer requirements, product charters, and research-based business plans for new product development initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Tech Service to move product initiatives forward.
