Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Mobile to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for our research-focused mobile app. You will partner with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to ship features that delight users and drive measurable outcomes.

This Richmond, VA-based role offers a Monday–Thursday in-office schedule with Friday work-from-home. You will lead MVPs, leverage customer insights, and collaborate across teams to deliver omnichannel experiences with

Qualifications

3+ years of digital product management experience with a proven track record.
Experience defining product requirements and launching enhancements to meet customer needs.
Experience collaborating with development resources in an Agile/Scrum process.
Experience using Agentic tooling in day-to-day workflows.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience creating wireframes & mock-ups to visually convey ideas.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of Marketing tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Craft clear problem statements and prioritize MVPs with iterative delivery.
Leverage customer insights to shape the product roadmap for Marketing initiatives.
Own the near-term product roadmap and prioritize features to achieve business outcomes.
Use data-driven decision-making to define success metrics and outcomes.
Work with Tech and Marketing teams to share strategy and roadmaps, supporting agile ceremonies.
Identify opportunities to improve security, resilience, and performance metrics.
Communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams.
Lead recruitment efforts and mentor junior product associates to foster growth.
