Job summary

Trapeze Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Driver and Rider mobile and web experiences on our Mobility on Demand platform. You will communicate with customers, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with Engineering and UX to deliver value with speed and quality.

You will guide roadmaps, write user stories, and apply data-driven prioritization while leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping and research. This role offers remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a B2B product management role for a technology company.
• Proven experience owning mobile and web applications (native, hybrid, or cross-platform).
• Hands-on in backlog management, story writing and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with AI tools in product work and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Driver and Rider apps (mobile and web).
• Manage backlog with clear acceptance criteria and scope trade-offs.
• Lead or participate in lightweight agile ceremonies for a small team.
• Conduct customer interviews to identify market opportunities and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX/Design to ensure user-centered decisions.
• Apply prioritization frameworks to roadmap and backlog decisions.
• Support go-to-market activities with Product Marketing and Sales.
