Job summary

You will analyze customer feedback, define success metrics, and drive data-informed decisions to continually improve the product, ensuring alignment with company priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or software development.

Responsibilities

• Develops a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform product decisions.
• Translates business goals and user needs into product strategy, communicating direction and priorities to stakeholders.
• Establishes and monitors key metrics to assess product value, continuously refining the roadmap based on insights.
• Conducts end-user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development.
• Aligns product initiatives with company priorities and stakeholder expectations to drive business values.
• Creates, prioritizes, and manages epic-level stories, integrating user research and testing to refine assumptions and hypotheses.
• Collaborates with engineering, user experience, and other teams to resolve obstacles, optimize product performance, and translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
• Represents the end user by advocating for their needs and ensuring an exceptional product experience.
