Job summary

Okta is hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager for Access Management and Security in San Francisco. You will elevate identity from a sign-in utility to the security control plane for AI-era enterprises, pairing deep technical credibility with executive storytelling across strategy, content, and field execution.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and focuses on strategic GTM, AI-forward product leadership, and collaboration with CISOs and practitioners to drive outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product marketer or product manager in cybersecurity or identity management (IAM, AD, or Entra ID).
• Hands-on technical proficiency with the ability to configure and demo the product to technical buyers.
• Execution-oriented storytelling turning tech into urgent business value.
• Fluency in AI security implications and using AI tooling to increase throughput.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leaders and driving complex programs to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic GTM for core and hybrid access and define market narrative, ICP, and competitive positioning.
• Lead AI-forward product and content strategy, publish thought leadership and collaborate on demos and proof kits.
• Technical evangelism to build demos, reference architectures, and shorten security evaluations.
• Cross-functional revenue activation with Product, Sales, and CS to launch offers and accelerations.
