WEX Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Level 4) to own and scale merchant product solutions within the NAM Product Team.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to market delivery, tying customer insights to company strategy and delivering adoption and financial value. Responsibilities include developing bold vision, driving metrics/OKRs, and coordinating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams across multiple channels to deploy dynamic pricing and discount programs for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product management experience, ideally in payments or B2B.
• Strategic leadership with proven ability to drive initiatives.
• Strong domain knowledge of payments, APIs, and partner integrations.

• Develop bold vision and priorities for WEX’s merchant product ecosystem.
• Own product and financial outcomes with metrics and OKRs.
• Lead deep customer and partner discovery with merchants and fleets.
• Drive multi-channel experiences across digital portals and platforms.
• Design and run test-and-learn experiments to improve adoption and workflows.
• Collaborate across Digital, Technology, Commercial, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Manage full lifecycle from ideation to scalable, repeatable model.
