Job summary

WEX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the next generation of merchant product solutions within the NAM Product Team. You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to market delivery, shaping discount networks, pricing programs, and merchant-to-fleet communications.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with senior leaders across Digital, Technology, and Commercial teams to maximize merchant and fleet value and fuel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience (8+ years in leadership) in payments, fintech, or B2B platforms.
• Strategic leader: owns a major product area or platform capability.
• Strong domain knowledge in APIs, merchant ecosystems, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to define metrics/OKRs and drive customer and financial outcomes.
• Roadmapping and scaling: creates repeatable patterns for integrations and platform growth.
• Collaborative influence: builds trust across teams and stakeholders.
• Data-driven: uses qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
• Mentorship: guides junior PMs and fosters strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define bold vision and priorities for WEX’s merchant product ecosystem.
• Own product and financial outcomes with clear input/output metrics and OKRs.
• Lead deep customer and partner discovery with merchants and fleets.
• Drive multi-channel experiences and portal enhancements for discount programs.
• Design and execute test-and-learn experiments to improve adoption and usability.
• Partner and influence cross-functionally across Digital, Technology, Commercial, Risk, and Operations.
• Manage full lifecycle from ideation to scalable delivery of merchant capabilities.
