You will drive execution across a large portfolio, own initiatives end-to-end, and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience delivering complex products with focus on outcomes and iteration.
• Experience in Agile environments with engineering, architecture, and design teams.
• Strong technical fluency with API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL, integrations).
• Ability to navigate complex systems across multiple domains.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across a large portfolio of Health & Benefits products.
• Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Modernize existing products and build scalable platform-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning, refinement, demos, and delivery processes within Agile teams.
• Engage in technical discussions to shape architecture decisions and align with platform capabilities.
• Balance multiple initiatives across varying complexity and maturity while maintaining speed and quality.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Improve product usability, efficiency, and value delivery to reduce attrition.
