Job summary

WEX Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and outcomes for core Over-The-Road digital payments platforms and native mobile driver experiences within the commercial fleet ecosystem.

You will blend payment product execution with mobile UX thinking, advancing real-time spend, mobile apps, and cardless features while partnering with UX researchers and engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across web and mobile.

Qualifications

Must have undergraduate degree in business, computer science, design, or related field.
8+ years in digital payment or mobile product initiatives.
Experience leading B2B payments or mobile app ecosystems.
Strong product metrics, OKRs, and data-informed decisions.
Proven collaboration with UX/UI design teams and end-to-end GTM execution.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and outcomes for OTR digital payments platforms and mobile driver experiences.
Lead cross-functional teams with UX researchers, engineers, and partners.
Drive real-time spend capabilities, cardless payments, and AI-enabled discovery.
