Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in management.
• Hands-on mobile development experience (iOS/Android or React Native/Flutter).
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems with testing and performance focus.
• Ability to automate scaffolding, tests using AI.
• Strong security/compliance knowledge in cloud environments.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term vision and roadmap for the 10-4 by WEX product.
• Lead end-to-end engineering initiatives across mobile apps and backend services.
• Collaborate with product/commercial teams to translate customer needs into plans.
• Drive monthly/quarterly planning and track OKRs.
• Mentor and grow engineers, build high-performance team.
