Knot is hiring in NYC for a role shaping next-generation merchant connectivity products. You will collaborate with an engineering team to build new features, optimize funnels, and create AI-native validation and data-driven improvements.

You’ll influence product roadmaps by engaging with customers and translating needs into actionable plans. Expect a fast-paced, high-impact environment with strong compensation, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of startup experience.
• Daily use of multiple AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio, etc.).
• Able to connect multiple ideas to make high-quality decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an engineering team to build new products and features.
• Prioritize and influence the product roadmap based on customer needs.
• Drive AI-native validation and data-oriented enhancements.
• Develop and improve onboarding and developer experience features.
• Engage with customers via Slack and calls to gather feedback and requirements.
