Job summary

You will oversee from ideation to launch and work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to support future technologies. The role requires 7+ years in product management, experience in medical devices, data-driven approach, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in product management or related field.
• Experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Knowledge of critical care device market.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and analyze feedback from key opinion leaders to guide strategy.
• Facilitate design, collection, and analysis of market research.
• Define product concepts and support creation of requirements.
• Champion new product development across internal/external groups.
• Author User Needs and Product Marketing Requirements documents.
• Represent product management on core teams and translate customer voice.
• Identify opportunities and quantify business impact to grow the pipeline.
• Create business cases and market analyses for new proposals.
• Function as product expert through lifecycle and ensure delivery.
• Manage cross-functional projects and plan resources for milestones.
• Collaborate with marketing on launches and positioning.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies including training and segmentation.
• Travel in field regularly to gather opinions.
