Qualifications

• Extensive experience in medical device/pharmaceutical product management.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user-needs mappings and mentor others on the process.
• Lead market and physician research for market and product requirements across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing for product launches, tools, training, and market analysis.
• Review customer requirements, market dynamics, and regulatory pathways to propose product enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, sales, and R&D to assess market needs and participate in design meetings.
• Analyze voice-of-customer input to inform roadmap prioritization.
• Develop the product's core value proposition and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Support sales through training physicians and hospital staff on device tech.
• Update management on project status and critical issues that affect completion.
• Participate in scientific meetings and ensure timely, accurate product documentation.
