Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of product management experience.
- Engineering degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-needs mappings and define problem scope.
- Collaborate with clinicians, sales, and R&D to assess market needs.
- Analyze product offerings, features, pricing, and warranties.
- Contribute to product launch plans and roadmaps.
- Track voice-of-customer input to prioritize the roadmap.
- Train sales and hospital staff on device technical matters.
- Ensure complete product documentation and reliable processes.
